The property is built the classic Southern California way — an open parking court wrapped by two floors of exterior-entry rooms, breeze-block screen walls and a couple of palm trees. There are 42 rooms in all: 33 queen rooms with one bed and 9 queen rooms with two queen beds. Every one of them is non-smoking, and all have been refreshed with hard-surface flooring and flat-screen TVs, while the front office still runs on a handshake and a room key — staffed 24 hours a day.
We are in downtown Redlands, so the restaurants everyone recommends are within walking distance. Please note that we do not allow pets — trained service animals are always welcome at no charge. See our accessibility and ADA statement.

511 E Redlands Blvd, Redlands, CA 92373 — on the north side of E Redlands Blvd, with the entrance just past the low block wall.
From the I-10, take the Tennessee Street or Alabama Street exit and head onto E Redlands Blvd; the burgundy sign is visible from the road. Downtown Redlands, the University of Redlands and Loma Linda are all a short drive away, and SR-38 puts Big Bear and the mountains within reach for a day trip.
