Getting to Thrif-T-Lodge Motel
We're on E Redlands Blvd, the old through-route across Redlands, which makes us easy to reach from the I-10 in either direction.
Coming from the I-10
Exit at Tennessee Street or Alabama Street and follow the signs south toward E Redlands Blvd. Turn onto E Redlands Blvd and watch for the burgundy Thrif-T-Lodge Motel sign above the block wall — the driveway is immediately alongside it, and the front office is the glass-fronted unit marked 511.
Coming from downtown Redlands
Head west out of the State Street area onto E Redlands Blvd and stay on it. You'll pass the mixed strip of shops and service businesses before the motel appears on your side of the road.
Coming from San Bernardino or Loma Linda
Take the I-10 east and exit toward central Redlands, then join E Redlands Blvd heading east. From Loma Linda it is a straightforward run along the freeway or the surface streets, which is why we see so many guests visiting the medical centre.
Parking
Drive straight into the courtyard and park in any unmarked space. Parking is free for guests, accessible spaces are marked beside the office, and every ground-floor room opens directly onto the lot.

Look for the Sign
You'll Know It When You See It
A burgundy board with gold lettering, mounted on a post above the breeze-block screen wall.
It has been on E Redlands Blvd long enough that locals give directions by it. If you reach a major cross street and haven't seen it, you have gone a little too far — turn around, and it will be on the other side.
